When I get the print dialog, the paper size 'letter' is default. Does anyone know if it is possible to change this default setting into a papersize of my choice. Regards, Joris

Or better yet, have it default to whatever paper
size the actual document was created on.  I have created many A1 size
files, yet EV always defaults to letter.
