Hyperlink to layout

I've added hyperlinks to other layouts within the same drawing.
Using PUBLISH in 2004 I get the following error when trying to follow the
link in AEV.
Cannot find 'file://it.local/FastTrack/Program/Common/Printers
sure the path or Internet address is correct.
The DWF is located here:
\\it.local\FastTrack\Program\Common\Printers\Print
'Hvd' is a name on a layout.
