I have tried to upgrade an older version of Volo View Express to the new version vve201. When installing, I'm prompted to uninstall the older version first. Went to Add/Remove programs and uninstalled the old version. Went back to install the new version and get the same message - "uninstall older versions before installing new version". I've done this several times with the same results. How do I uninstall this prgram? After running the Add/Remove function so many times - I think there's a lot of pieces missing and a lot still in the system. Is there an uninstall patch file to sweep everything clean available from AutoDesk?
I'm running this on an HP laptop with WinME
Thanks
Steve

Did you restart your PC after the uninstall?
Did you remove references, files and folders Volo View may have left on
your PC manually?
Did you try and remove references to Volo View in Windows Registry?

Dean:
I've done all of the things that you have suggested. Perhaps there are bits and pieces of VV still stuck some place on the hd. I was really hoping there was an un-install exe file available that would have a better chance of un covering and eliminating this app completely from my computer.
If you can think of any other suggestions - I'd really appreciate it! And thanks for your reply!
