Autodesk Design Review Error

For the last 3 days I have received an error message everytime I try to view a document.
It states that a software problem has caused Autodesk to close unexpectedly.
The report content is as follows:
Design Review.10.0.0.108_2009_11_20_08_04_36_0968_2f.dmp
dmpuserinfo.xml
dumpdata.zip
I have tried removing the program and re-installing it and I get the same results.
Can you give me any help or is this an issue on your end.

Thank you for submitting the CER report for this problem.
Please post back to this thread the email address you used when submitting the CER (and a description of the steps to reproduce the problem) so that I can find your CER and then investigate this problem further.
If you didn't submit an email address with the CER, then please resend the report with an email address and post the information back to this thread as requested above.
