How does a submittal reviewer link marked-up shop drawings to their response????? We have consultants that look at the submittal items, mark them up, upload to File Director - then NOTHING. With the "Respond" permissions, they can't edit the submittal item (nor do we want them to). Looking for suggestions! Thanks in advance~

After clicking respond, go to the details tab. Click the paperclip next to the item (even if it is "ghosted" out"). You can link a document you place in File Director.

    Jeff,
You made my day! That is something that needs to be listed somehow in Constructware Help.

Thank you for clearing this one up for me.

It's actually in the Demo for submittals. If you haven't looked at the demos before they have a LOT of information / tips that can help. They only take 5 minutes per module.

I have not experienced any software programs that would allow clicking on "ghosted out" buttons/areas.

What is the thinking behind having your users clicking on "ghosted out" items?
