I had a user that completely lost his RFIs module, getting a Constructware Internal Error every time he clicked on the module header. I've been through tech support for two months trying to get this resolved.



I found out that when the user clicked on the filter and chose the following selection:

Filter Type: Contractor RFIs

then chose Yes or No (yes was what I tried) It fried the whole module.



This problem has a temporary fix but the user account has to be completely deleted and recreated. It should retain all messages, etc.

FYI, the fix for this issue is in this coming weekend's rollout - so you should not see this issue again. If you do, please immediately contact Customer Support.
