Issue: When sending meeting minute items the meeting agenda is being sent instead
Why: Meeting Date is a date set in the future. Meeting Minute Items are created during or after the meeting. Constructware cannot send minutes of meeting that is to occur in future. Constructware will only send Agenda until meeting has occurred.
Solution: To successfully send the minutes ensure the Meeting Date is -1 day of current date.
Issue: Unable to create Recurrence
Why: Recurrence Update Starting Date has already been used.
Solution: Change the Update Starting Date to new next date in meeting series.
