To verify:
When viewing a Contractor RFI Module document are you specifically needing to use a custom document template or do you need to change what Logo is appearing. If you need a custom document template this is not possible.
The logo that appears by default will be the From Contacts Company Address Logo.
Unfortunately, the Contractor RFI Module is limited in customization. No options are available to customize attributes or viewing options.
