Autodesk Constructware

My company has undergon a name change with the departure of a partner, but the login we use to get into constructware includes that departed partner's name. So, to give an example, we now enter "jonessmithinc" in the Company area of the login page, but we would now like to enter "jonesinc" in the Company area of the login page, because Smith has departed the company.

I do not know how to make this change to our account. Can someone provide direction? Thanks.

Please contact the Autodesk Constructware support team at 800-892-0449.  You will need to request that the company name and thus the login alias be changed to "jonesinc".  They will be able to do this as long as the name isn't being used by another customer. 

You can also change the url to the Constructware standard url of https://secure.constructware.com.

I am assuming that your current url when sendingin noticiation is

https://jonessmithinc.constructware.com.  To change this you would go to MAINTENANCE > CLIENT SETUP.  Select the NOTIFICATIONS tab.  In the login URL section, select the 2nd choice and type the following in the blank field secure.constructware.com.  Now all your users can login by going to the https://secure.constructware.com url.
