trying to run Word. Often times Word inside of ProjectPoint which is inside
of Internet Explorer has problems. If you try running ProjectPoint as a
stand-alone application, as in "c:\program files\Buzzsaw.com
ProjectPoint\ProjectPoint.exe" does the problem still occur? My prediction
is that it will not.

We are getting Winword errors when trying view or print documents from
either the local projectpoint application or even going out thru IE 5.0
to
access our project folders. We are using Word 97 to access word
Documents.
The error we are getting is:
This program has performed an illegal operations and will be shut down.
Once you click the details you get:
WINWORD caused an invalid page fault in module WINWORD.EXE at
0177:3000fe304
We are getting this on multiple machine and even while using different
Word
files on Projectpoint.
I have attached the first error message that we get when this occurs.
Thanks for you help!

the EXE on the local machine and a couple accessing thru the web, both get the
same error. I am wondering because we are on a corporate network running
Novell OS and Small business server (that uses Proxy Server) behind a
firewall, could this come into play. We only allow web and ftp traffic
thru those specified ports. Does Buzzsaw use specific ports besides port
80 for web traffic? Is there a list of Pre Requisite requirements
that we can check, like, the least size PC, the oldest Operating systems, the
oldest version of office, and such that we can check to make sure that we do
meet your requirements?
