I'm using the demo version, and can't find an easy way to do the following
>>>>With Autodesk Buzzsaw Professional, team members can assign action items and tasks to other individuals or groups. Ball-in-court status is fully tracked in the centralized form log.>>>>
I'm also wondering if you could route a document for review in a specific order. For example, send it to one user, and after they edit it it goes to the next until all people on the routing slip are done with it.
Thanks, Scott

The first thing to check is to see if your demo
account is set up for "Buzzsaw" or for "Buzzsaw Professional". The regular
"Buzzsaw" service does not have these abilities: they are part of the "Buzzsaw
Professional" service.

If you indeed have "Buzzsaw Professional" you would
first need to create a new Form log (right-click in the tree and do an
"Add.../Form Log..."). Once you have a form log, you can create new
action-item forms and assign them to individuals.

What about routing a document for review and approval in a specific order. Any way to do that?

You can use a Buzzsaw Professional Form (you can use a correspondence form, for example, but rename it "approval routing" or whatever makes sense for your business). The form can be used as a routing slip with the document attached. On the routing slip you can list the order that the form should be routed, and then make sure that all of the people in the review/approval workflow have the proper permissions on the form log. Once the form is assigned to the first person in the approval process, that person can then re-assign the form to the next person specified.
In addition to our standard forms, you can get customized forms for your specific needs (with any fields, pre-populated drop down menus, etc) by working with our Buzzsaw Professional Services team.
