Autodesk Buzzsaw

I would like to use the new markup features from powered by volo view from within buzzsaw, but when I view the DWG file only the original markup options (basic) from Volo View express are available. Is this something I can fix?

If not, how can I get buzzsaw to manage the relines I make from the desktop using Powered by Volo View.

Great question! I'm happy to report that we're fixing this in the Buzzsaw 5 release (currently in Beta). In Buzzsaw 5, you'll have access to the Powered by Volo View 3 toolbar within the Buzzsaw window.
