    Downloading and support files

When uploading files to Buzzsaw, the site finds all necessary font and xref
    support files.
Is it possible to do this for downloading, so that when a client/consultant
drags and drops a file to their network, they get all necessary fonts,
    xrefs, and ctb files?

Yes. There is a corresponding XREF download feature. It has UI to ask the
user where to put the files. The download process looks on the user's
machine and observes AutoCAD settings to suggest where the files could go.

    Ok?
    Where is this feature.
When I drag a file off of my site, I don't receive any prompts, just the
    file I select gets copied.

Use the download instead of drag and drop. Believe it or not, when you use
drag and drop, the ProjectPoint application can't execute the XREF download
feature, because a drag and drop does not have a proper working directory.
Resolving XREFs requires a proper working directory to determine where to
put files and where to look to resolve the XREFs.
