Is your site nearing its storage limit? You can free up storage space on your site by limiting the number of versions of a file that will be saved. Click on the Project Administration icon and Select a project. Click on the Versions button and select Limit To. The number you choose here will determine the maximum number of different versions of a file that will be saved. Once that number is reached, creating a new version will automatically delete the oldest version of the file.
