Is there a way to incorporate the content of a form field into the notification email the creator/responder receives when a form is updated?
Let's say a customer submits a request... the responder needs more info and he/she documents in a comment field somewhere in the form "please provide more info so we can process this request" the requestor then simply receives an email saying "response received" or "the responder had responded to you.." which could mean anything including your request has been taken care of.
If the requestor is not at a computer they'd have to wait until they can get to a computer to login Buzzsaw and view the response, and in some ways some users just ignore the email thinking their request has been hanlded; is there a more efficient way to embody the responder's comments in the email sent to the requestor?
See attached...
