i downloaded the latest zip(2013.2.0, 174.3M);
i build the sample code in win7(64bits), it run well;
but in xp(32bits), it got error;
ilb:rocessExceptions::CreateProcessFailedException

i guess that your guys may forget to build the 32bits oslc.exe.

It looks like you are right, this will be fixed in a new release. If you need a quick fix, please open a ticket through the Gameware site and we'll be able to help you out.
