missing the ADD window (add door, add window, add slab, etc)

My ADD Windows are missing. I don´t know where are the window!! The rollup was not enable!
Only the modify windows are displayed

This has probably remembered it's position after being moved off screen...
To fix this, open the registry editor (Start->Run.. REGEDIT) and locate the
following folder
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Autodesk/AutoCAD/R15.0/ACAD-12:409/Profiles/Archi
tectural Desktop/Dialogs/Common-AddObjDialog

Delete this folder, and your dialogs should return back to their default
position next time you run an add command.

Which version and service pack are you using. Rollup moving the dialog off
screen was fully fixed in SP3 of ADTr3.
