If the anchored MV block is set to display in more than one display
representation, than it can not be grip edited. In the "Intl" templates,
Multi-View Block References are set by default to use both the "General" and
the "Plan 1-100" representations in the "Work_Plan" display set.
To make the grid labels grip editable, open the Display Manager and navigate
in the left hand tree pane to the display set you are using for plan view
("Work_Plan", by default). In the right hand pane, scroll down to the
Multi-View Block Reference object and make sure only ONE display
representation is checked (this would usually be "General"). Now you should
be able to grip edit the grid labels in plan view.

grid labels. I know that they are leader anchors so this could apply to them
as well. In some drawings I am able to grip edit the label line and in
others I can not.I am always able to grip edit the text but not the line. I
know I can change the offset and angle in MVB properties but I want to jog
it to the right or left and I do not see this control in MVB properties.
Sometimes if I switch to an isometric view I can grip edit but not in plan.
Is it something with the display configuration or some other simple thing I
am overlooking? I apologize if this was posted before or if it is documented
somewhere.
