We are getting an error message on exit from ADT3. "Unhandled violation
e06d7363h Exception @ 77f1d479h". It occurs everytime the program is exited
and is not associated to a specific dwg file. Is this fixable?

This sounds like an OS or hardware problem. Did this just recently start?
If so, what changed? Do you have any add-on applications running inside
AutoCAD? Does this happen after any specific commands, or can you reproduce
just by opening and immediately closing ADT 3?

Juliet,

As Chris asked before, can you supply us with more information?
What OS are you using? Are you running any 3rd party applications with ADT?
Does it happen when you open a new dwg and then exit immediately?

We need a little bit of specific information to figure out whats going on.

Sorry guys I misunderstood your first reply. Here's the stats.

Our OS is NT4.

Software typically open at the same time is:
Outlook express
Sometimes R14

Error message shows up delayed to exiting program (2-5 seconds after screen
has cleared of program) and it doesnt seem related to frequency of opening
ADT3 files or how rapidly opening and exiting the program happens.

Thanks!
