drawing window status bar missing in action

I opened a drawing this morning. The little "eyeball" drawing setup is
gone! The drawing window status bar is gone! I turned to the help files
for help, but help was not to be found.

How do I get the little guy back? Any clues? I tried the menu's and I've
right-clicked on everything I can think of. I just want to link to
vizrender, and it seems to be the only place that can be done, is in the
little eyeball..........

Please help if you can. I'm tired of searching.

What version are you using? In ADT 2006, the Application Status Bar has an icon tray at the right side; one of these toggles the visibility of the Drawing Window Status Bar.

You can type vizrender in the command line.

Also make sure you didn't accidentally set your drawing to clean screen...
