I noticed when I xclip or dview clip a model with stairs, the stairs disappear. Is there any way I can get the stairs to display? Thanks in advance for your assistance.
We've had some strange issues from time to time with xclips.
Xclipping should show the objects within the clipping boundary in plan and 3D. If this doesn't work try offsetting the clipping boundary a negligible distance (1/16") and re xclipping the information. That may bring the stairs back for you....

I've just tested this, and the stair did not disappear. Include information
about exactly how you are doing the clip.

Thanks for your responses. The problem occurred because the vertical orientation was set to “down”. Changing it to “up” seems to have resolved the issue.
