In the layout tab I try to place my border in and then more Viewport inside. I can't get any of these to scale. The command i was trying was mvsetup. this let me create the viewport but i can't scale it. PLEASE HELP!! Thank you!
Unless you copy it from the ACAD.mnu file, the ADT menu does not have the Viewports toolbar.
The attached ZIP file contains a partial menu file containing just the Viewports toolbar, if you would rather download this than scrounge for it in the ACAD.mnu file.
