Project Manager..........

How would one setup and use, if it's even possible, a project, that starts as a 1-Story Model Home, with optional 2 Story in Project Manager and still be contained into one Project folder?

Use phasing.. oh damn.. that was Revit.. so I guess it will appear in ADT2006? You can use the "Divisions" as phases or options. We do it a lot here for options. We have also used divisions for existing and demo.
