I have no idea why certain lines do not get converted. As I said, in some
cases it is possible to add additional mullions to the assembly, but that
can be tricky. You might want to try various arrangements of your lines and
see if it makes any difference. And try breaking lines at intersections.
If your assembly is a simple "L" shape, you might want to try using a
standard rectangular assembly style and using cell overrides to remove the
cells from one corner. This could give you the same affect,
