Hatch ignores blocks

We have the occasional file where bhatch ignores blocks and will hatch right
through them no matter what.
Anybody have any suggestions as to why this might be?

Nevermind, I figured it out. If layer 0 is frozen then blocks will be
ignored, turn on layer 0 and everything is OK. Must have something to do
with the temp stuff that shows up on layer 0 when bhatch is scanning for the
boundaries.

general rule... leave layers 0 and defpoints on and thawed at all times - there more things than this that go screwy when these layers are messed with
