FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0xffffffff Exception at 3600

Been using ADT 3.3 for two days and have had this error when ever wblock thru networked computers, and today when reinstalling upgraded sub-menu.

Have uninstalled 3.3, deleted all dir, deleted all .ac$ flies, scandisk, defraged, updated win98, with all updates,
reinstalled 3.3, tried different drawings, sometimes works, sometimes not. Transfered offending block to c: drive and no problems. Recovered all drawings, purged all drawings.

Saved a copy of drawings to ADT1 and no problems of course.
Dell 700mhz w/ 128mg ram, win98 peer to peer network.
Been using Autocad since 1988 and do all support for our 20 plus computers, but this has me stumped.

Hi,

Just to clarify things...are there two bugs
here?

1. During WBlock operation - saving the file to a
computer on the network only causes a crash

2. reloading submenu causes crash

As for #1, can you get this to happen at all
wblocking the files locally? It sounds like you don't get the problem wblocking
it locally, but I just want to make sure of that. What WBlock options are you
using? At what phase of the wblock does it crash? When its saving the drawing,
generating the preview, selecting the file to wblock to, etc?

As for #2, can you duplicate this consistently? Do
you have any 3rd party add-ons running for ADT/AutoCAD?

Any additional information and some reproducible
cases will help us out greatly.

Thanks,

Scott
