Error: Structural Member component(Section) - Empty Profile

My hard drive crashed a week ago forcing the re-loading of ADT. Will i need to load AutoCAD ADT myself and kick the IT person out.

I have never received this before. At first i thought it was another CADD Jockey's project file, who needs help, but then i opened one of my projects and received the same error.

Please advise what the next course of action should be and if i cannot get a re-load (IT depart too busy playing cards) what would the ramifications be if i do not. Will i still have ability to cut sections?
