Drawing Templates

For some reason my drawing templates are not working on my station.
I select New and this is what I get:

Template drawing \Templates\CSInc_Border-ADTr3.dwg.dwt
is not on file. Using defaults.Regenerating model.

AutoCAD Express Tools Copyright © 2000 Autodesk, Inc.

AutoCAD menu utilities loaded.

There is no drawing named *.dwg.dwt!! Why is it looking for a file w/ that
extension?

My other stations are working fine and they are all config. the same.

I'm using ADTr3.3

Dennis,

I have noticed sometimes when you choose not to "display file extensions of
know types" in the explorer options, weird stuff happens when naming files.

when it's off and you name a file "*.dwg" then your filename actually is
"*.dwg.dwg" or "*.dwg.dwt" because the OS automatically adds the file
extension.

maybe this is it. it's a thought.

Well I just Uninstalled and Reinstalled and the problem is fixed, but I have
one other question, When I go to Options and select the Files Tab and I had
pointed my plotter config. to a location on our server and I now would like
to point it to a different location, it keeps going back to the location on
the server. Why will it not keep the path I'm telling it?

Thanks for the feedback, I do have "display file extensions of know types"
ON.
I just Uninstalled and Reinstalled ADT3.3 and everything looks like it's
back to normal!!

Never mind, the problem was I had thought I copied the folders I needed and
instead a shortcut was really created.
