Double Click Edit Text Doesn't Work

Hello,

All of the sudden my text editing abilities are gone. When I double click on text nothing happens. I restarted my computer and it still doesn't work.

It all started after I opened a drawing that had a rotated UCS and some viewport were rotated.

Could that drawing have had some setting that disabled my text editor?

Is the text on a locked layer?
Is it still text?
is DBLCLKEDIT variable turned on? PICKFIRST turned on?
