Agreed, but that requires a few extra clicks of the mouse that "some" users
tend to grizzle about.
Besides that, whatever method you use the result should be the same I think.

I can't answer your question. But you want to create a new style based on an
existing style, you can copy/paste the rename it.

When the method above is used, the new style that is created has different
dimensions than the STANDARD style that we have customised to suit our
office standards.
