Boundary command does not work in ADT

Hi,
I have this drawing, created in ADT 2004, when I run BO for Boundary, it always report "Valid hatch boundary not found"; same error when I open it in AutoCAD 2007. but in AutoCAD 2007, if I select all, copy and paste to new drawing, BO works fine.
so I think there must be something wrong, something relate the ADT.
also, if you delete red ARC, BO works fine.
Is there anybody have this problem, What should I do to make BO works.

Thank you,

Wes

2007 has a gap control feature not found in 2004 for Bhatch and Boundary
commands, could that be the problem?

And to eliminate any other issues here or in the future, ALWAYS type the
command in full with a period preceding the name to make sure that is what
you are accessing, not BO which could be anything. In the case:
.BOUNDARY
