An error occurred. An attempt was made to load a program with a incorrect format

Everytime I start ADT 2007 occurs this error and no meu is loaded... if i
use menu or menuload, the same error again...

I've uninstalled and reinstalled ADT ... no result;
I've uninstalled and reinstalled .Net 2.0 ... no result;

I'm using Windows XP Pro SP2, ADT 2007, ADT 2006 (with no error), .Net 2.0,
Office 2003

Any ideas to correct this?
