We have a hospital client who uses letters for the wing of the building
numbers for the floor and room numbers. They use a whole number for rooms
off a corridor and then a hyphen separator followed by a sequential number
for subrooms within the room off the corridor. So we have room numbers like
SW304, SW304-1, SW304-2 etc.
For room numbers with hyphens in the above example they schedule as "0" -
ADT always views the hyphen not as a text but as a subtraction symbol.
Is there any way to get ADT2006 to read the hyphen as text and not a
mathematical symbol so these numbers will schedule???
Thanks for the help.
