Hi

I've just downloaded the full version of Sketchbook Designer 2012 but cannot use it since the screen is black. I cannot see what I am drawing. I have attached an image of the problem. I've tried restarting my computer and the program but it doesnt work.

Also I have Inventor Fusion 2012 and it fails to even start up (that was also part of my download). I have Designer 2012 (doesn't allow me to use it, hence my problem above), Fusion 2012 (doesn't even load - doesn't work at all) and Automotive 2012 (i'm only just learning this, so far i think it works.....).

Not a good run for these products. Any suggestions would be good.

maybe the graphic card problem. try installing lates update driver from your manufacturer website.

i got exactly the same problem, i think is the licencing, because i have the student version too and it's even not working :/
