Hi I am Experiencing difficulty uploading a Camtasia screen grab video to the beta White gloves site. Each time it reaches 100%, it starts uploading again, and never finishes. Sort of stuck in a loop. Can send you the file if you like, its 143Mb. (also FYI, when I hit preview on this message/enhancement page, it came up blank, and cleared all I had written and wanted to preview..) Thanks Nick Simpson 07711 708121
