Many thanks for the reply sorry but I'm new to all this internet stuff it's taken me 2 days to get passed that loggin thing, I always thought it was an axe or saw or smething!!! Ancient! Release 2.1, Printer HPDesktop 710C and don't understand the system. The fault is undoubtedly very simple, I have probably clicked a wrong icon somewhere
