lost sn

I have autosketch9 which I purchased digitally in 2004/2005. I have recently reformatted my HD and when going to reinstall found that I can not locate the serial number to reinstall the program.


I contacted customer support (very nice and friendly) but they were unable to locate any data from the original sale.


any thoughts or suggestions on how to...

I'd say you're boned. Go buy a physical copy for $250 or go to ebay/amazon/etc.

yea, it's looking that way. spent some time with folks where ever and they've been pretty helpful, even the offshore with the terrible reception wasn't bad. but no luck.


hopefully I can find it somewhere. I had it wrote down when I switched cpus' out. not sure shy I wouldn't/didn't have for the reformat but....
