Sketchbook Pro - locking up in window 7

I am running window 7 on a sonny laptop .  I have the latest version of sketchbook pro loaded and using a Wacom Intuos 4 tablet.

My problem is I will be working and the program locks up and I loose all work that has not been saved.  The only way to get the program to work again is to reboot.

This is getting very old.  I need help

Is Win7 an approved and supported OS?
Have you tried using the many tools in Win7, or many freeware, to diagnose why it's locking up? Do so:
