Missing Au103s01 font

I recently purchased AutoSketch 10. When trying to open a file a customer sent, I'm getting an error message that says that the font Au103s01 can't be found. I can't find that font anywhere. What can I do?

I'm happy to pay for the font file if it's necessary, but I'd also be fine if there's a way to tell AutoSketch to do a font substitution.

Thanks!

OK, I solved my own problem, thanks to a lot of work from others.

First, I found this file that describes why there are so many font files that are practically the same and documents alternate file names for several fonts, including the one I was looking for:
http://forums.autodesk.com/autodesk/attachments/autodesk/344/52801/1/HELVFACTS.doc

Basically, the document says that over the years, people wanting to take credit for contributing the the AutoCAD community without actually producing anything just renamed existing font files and put them back in to distribution.  Using that document, I figured out that the Au103s01.shx file I was looking for is out "in the wild" going by the name HVBS.shx.  When I opened HVBS.shx using SHX2SHP.exe, I saw that the file was, indeed, originally named Au103s01.

So, after I downloaded and checked HVBS.shx, I renamed the file to Au103s01.shx and put it in the c:\program files (x86)\AutoDesk\Autosketch10\Properties folder with the rest of the .SHX files.  Then, when opening the drawing in question, it asked for that font name. I pointed it to the file I had just renamed and VOILA! The file opened and looked right.

I found the font I was looking for here:
http://zwcad.com.tw/download/fonts

I found SHX2SHP.EXE here
http://cdn.simtel.net/pub/simtel/00/04/04/58/shx2shp.zip

Seems this method works for several files, not just the one I was looking for.

hhmmm.... I replied to my first post with an answer to my own question.  5 minutes later that reply is gone.  Did the links to external sites get it deleted?
