Is there a way to snap to a marker point?

Is there a way to snap to a marker point? (E.g. to just draw a line that begins or ends at the marker point?) It seems like that should be pretty basic, but I can't find it. The only thing I've found is "nearest" which is a pain because it snaps to everything.

I subsequently found one work-around answer to my own question. If you explode the marker point(s) several of the types end up with snappable attributes. e.g. the intersection of where the two lines of the "X" and "+" cross, or the center of a circle.
