How to lock the Toolbars

In AV7 is there any way of "locking" the toolbars,

so that it is impossible to move them inadvertently.

My company still uses AS7 (they don't want to upgrade us) and this is a real annoyance to me.

Navigate to Personalization - Taskbar. On the right, enable the Lock the taskbar toggle option to lock the taskbar. Disabling this option will unlock the taskbar.
