I have been running AS9 since it came out, after running prevous versions all the way back to Drafix. I switched to Windows & on a new machine about 6 months ago and about a week ago I began running into a bug that freezes AS9 when I try File SaveAs. The program will not respond. I have uninstalled AS9 and re-installed from the disk. Any thoughts would be appreciated; I can't work without being able to convert a dwg to an skf and back. Thanks.

Thanks to other posts I seem to have solved this problem. Steps:

Uninstalled AS 9

Ran CCleaner multiple times

Used regedit to eliminate any AS related items

Restarted the computer

Re-installed AS 9

Hope it continues to work.

I posted that I had solved this problem (FILE-SAVE AS causes AutoSketch 9 to freeze and require a force quit) but it has come back. I'd love a working solution if anyone has one. I wonder if it is an issue with Windows 7, though I had been running AS9 on this machine for about 5 months before the problem came up.
