The Edit bar will remain blank until there's
something to edit. If you choose a tool, you may
see some choices there. When you make a choice
(like line length) you must hit Enter to tell the
program what to do.
As a start, R-click somewhere on an empty area of
the toolbar and tick off "All In One" and "Edit."
You can do this at any time and change what you
want to see on your drawing. You can place any of
the toolbars wherever you want by clicking on the
left edge of each one and dragging it.
You can investigate all the available toolbars by
clicking on "Toolbars..." Customize them as you wish.
