AutoSketch - is it backward compatible?

Hi - i am in need to know if Autosketch is backward compatible? If i update to 10 can i still open those in 8?

AutoSketch 10 like AutoSketch 9 has an option under file types in the 'Save-as'  to save as version 7 & 8 file.
