Just for giggles, you might try moving the AboutPoint outside the
rectangle somewhere on the median, and then check the "ScaleAboutHere"
box. Now move one of the vertical elements toward the new AboutPoint,
across it, and onto the opposite side. Watch what happens to the
rectangle as this happens.
Goodness knows when or why one would want to do this, possibly to move
the entire entity to another position on the drawing relative to the new
AboutPoint. Maybe some archy or cad-type could suggest a use. Otherwise,
it's just an exercise to understand what "ScaleAboutHere" means.
It's up to you.
