Hey there,
I'm an architecture student who prints on a very regular basis. I'm just wondering (because I don't think this is the case) if there is a way to output to .pdf and keep the layers intact. I know when I have printed to .pdf on my schools windows machines (with Adobe suite) you can print to Adobe PDF and it preserves these and I don't know if there is a similar case for Mac.

It seems AutoCAD 2012 for Mac doesn't preserve layers, at least on my machine.
