Can't open AutoCad 2013 for Mac

Hello,
Cannot open the program. It happened after I was backing up files on an external hard drive. I got message that Autocrat could not continue, asked if I wanted to save the files for recovery ( I opted not too ), and will not open. I get the error report that "a software problem has caused AutoCad to close unexpectedly." It was working fine up until this point.
I sent the report. I have Mac OS X 10.7.3
I read that there is a conflict with some Adobe software which I have but cannot find the way to get rid of the FLEXnet folder.
Any one out there with a solution?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I think it is not FLEXnet issue in your case, but rather this one:
AutoCAD will not launch following a crash on Mac OS X (Lion)
Have you tried this solution?

Yes, there is a space.
Have you run all three commands from the support topic?
cd ~/Library/Saved\ Application\ State
then
rm -rf com.autodesk.AutoCAD.savedState
then
rm -rf com.autodesk.autocadlt.savedState
After running the first you should have:
"name of your mac": Saved Application State "short user name"$
in my case it looks:
Maxim-Kanaev-2: Saved Application State max$

How does one post Console output during AutoCAD launch? Have no idea what this does or means.
Thanks,

Here's another thing... all my acad file icon, the silver A and red background, have changed to a illustratorish one with DWG in orange and a see through silver cube and the icon.

Hi,
Could it be this:
AutoCAD for Mac fails to launch when installed on migrated Mac hard drive
