updated today to 10.7.3 and now AutoCAD starts to load for 5 seconds and then dissappears.
Have already tried the Terminal/savedState,etc. fix several times and it doesn't work.
Using a 2.5 Ghz Intel Core i5 iMac w/12 G's ram.
Stuck in the mud.

After days of back and forth w/AutoCAD tech, we tried:
Uninstall AutoCAD, rename the /Library/Preferences/FLEXnet Publisher folder to something else and resinstall it.
Check out the post below:
In my particular case, the re-installed AutoCAD did not even have a FLEXnet Publisher folder,we had to create one,
and finally got it up and running. This is an issue AutoCAD needs to address. What a pain!
