how can I resize the palette as standart dimension? thank you for the answer

Welcome to the Autodesk Forums!

 

What do you mean by "standart dimension"

You can check the icon sizes in AutoCAD preferences -> Look and Feel tab -> Toolsets and Status Bar Icons section. Here you can set minimal size for icons - 16px, then if now you have larger size, ToolSets palette will be smaller in height and width.
