problems with reinstallation

Hello. I have currently downloaded the Auto Cad 2014 versions and have uninstalled my previous one. It then came up with this message

"The installer has detected that you have an active Autodesk 360 instance running on this computer by user ilincageorgescu. Please close all active instances of Autodesk 360 and Retry." But now i have removed all auto cad parts and autodesk form my computer and it still didnt work. So i am not sure how to proceed? Thank you ilinca

Welcome to the Autodesk Forums!

Hi ilinca,

Do you see Autodesk 36o icon on the menu bar (on the right side)?

Click on it and choose "Exit".

But screenshot in your firs post was about Autodesk 360:

that is why I asked to look at it's icon.

Now an alert is about AutoCAD itself ot AutoCAD Plot Style editor.

Please quit AutoCAD installation.

Then launch Activity Monitor application and search for AutoCAD in it:

Select AutoCAD Plot Style Editor (or AutoCAD if any) and pick on "Force process to quit" button, then confirm quitting:

Then relaunch installer.

Hi Maxim,

Well I guess I have many problems- let me sort it put first.

I am working on a big project, and had autocad issues from the begining since the drawing and some blockes messed the file up and made it a 3d one (I saw it like two monthes later when I imported it to Rhino...bommer)

Anyways, the lines won't trim of fillet, but i managed.

1.Two days ago i noticed the tool bar at the left, has dissapeared and I coudnt reload it

2. after that has happend i continued working by typing the command, and saved+shut down the computer. In the morning I opened the file up, and a LOT of the drawing was missing- guess due to that bug.

Of course i was verry dissapointed, but i tried opening it via rhino- and thats when i found out all the drawind was in place- so i exported it back to autocad, and continued with my work.

3. That day, later on, I have tried to plot the drawing, with a CTB that allways worked- like momochrom. a black and white one, but the plot would only export as colored.

4. I have tried to send it to some friends with a regular PC- and the couldnt make a monochrom plot as well.

thats when I decided to un-install the autocad and reinstall it...

NOW

The autocad 2014 will not re-install.

tried the activity monitor- but i dont have that running (print screen atached)

SO

I installed the 2013 back so that i could continue working.

What do you recommand? I mean before i through this mac to the trash:(

Depressing.

P.S. Thanx for he very fast replies.

I can not advice something about the issue with "lost" drawings...
About AC 2014 installation:
How did you uninstall it? Did you use Remove AutoCAD application from AutoCAD 2014 folder in Applications folder?
Can you try to quit all applications on your Mac, then restart your Mac (don't forget to in-check "Reopen all applications..." in Restart window.
After restarting quit "Autodesk 360" application by closing it from menu bar.
Try to launch installation again.
After you install AutoCAD 2014- don't forget to install SP1 and SP2 for AC 2014.
With SP1 installed you can always reset AutoCAD 2014 (if you will have troubles) as described here:

Ah, yes- forgot about printing with monochrome plot style:
You can get color output if visual style in viewports you are trying to plot is different than 2D Wireframe
Or if you have objects (lines, circles etc.) with colors other than AutoCAD Color Index colors -i.e. - True colors assigned.
